Terms and Conditions

1. The minimum age for the Conference attendees is 16 years old.

2. The Minimum age for the night time paranormal investigation is 18 years old

3. If you are fortunate to look under 25 years of age you may be asked to show photo ID due to our venue, so please make sure you bring some as failure to provide photo ID may lead us to the unfortunate position of having to refuse entry (please contact us for more details if you need any advice)

4. Tickets for all are non-refundable.

5. Tickets may be transferred at your own arrangement to another guest if we are given a minimum of 72hours notice prior to the event, and we are given full details of the name change and contact details. Failure to provide this information will void the ticket and attendance will not be permitted. Please note that all recipients of the transferred tickets are agreeing to and accepting the terms and conditions set by Para-Peak 2017.

6. Throughout the weekend you will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of property etc. Any rude, aggressive behaviour towards any Guest speaker, team members and or other guests or members of the public will NOT be tolerated. You will be removed from the event in any such case arising you would have broken your agreement of our Terms and Conditions and therefore NO REFUND WILL BE AVAILABLE.

7. Due to changes in Consumer Law replacing the Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 we are obliged to state the following: “All events on this site are for entertainment purposes only.”

8. Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden inside any public places as stated by UK law, however the site custodian or one of our Para-Peak 2017 staff will advise you where the permitted smoking areas are.

9. Car parking is available and Please note that car parking at the event is at the owners own risk & Para-Peak 2017 will not be liable for any loss or damage.

10. Para-Peak 2017are not responsible for the safe custody of attendee’s property, for its loss, damage or theft.

11. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you further indemnify Para-Peak 2017 and any of the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from any participation in the activity.

12. Para-Peak 2017 will only cancel an event due to circumstances out of our control, in this unlikely event you will be contacted and offered a refund on the ticket price. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings and travel costs.

13. By booking you have agreed under these Terms and Conditions that Para-Peak 2017 reserves the right to change any of the named guest speakers or mediums with another guest speaker or medium due to unforeseen circumstances.

14. Booking through Para-Peak 2017 website you agree that any and all services & events are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all information obtained from our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums, clairvoyants & hosts. Any and all statements made are the sole opinion of the individual person and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of Para-Peak 2017 or any of its staff. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums, clairvoyants or host should be interpreted as factual or actual. You, the Customer, are responsible for making your own decisions and it is understood that when our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums, clairvoyants or host suggest something to you, It is your own responsibility to decipher the information you may receive and make a decision based on your own beliefs and not others around you.

15. By purchasing tickets it means that you have accepted all of our Terms and Conditions and they are non-negotiable.

16. All these conditions and any contract you have agreed to shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

17. At any time we may revise these Terms and Conditions and we advise that you check this website from time to time to review the current Terms and Conditions.

18. Please be respectful and courteous of your surroundings when arriving and leaving an event, respecting the privacy of any nearby residents and patrons.

19. All guests will be sent an e-mail from Para-Peak 2017 via the email address ramblinglight@gmail.com detailing times and any meeting arrangements for the event. Para-Peak 2017 cannot be held responsible for late or non-attendance due to this e-mail not being read. Please ensure that you check both your inbox and any junk mail folders. If you believe you have not been sent this e-mail please contact Para-Peak 2017 at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
